SUZY BATIZ
CEO - SPEAKER - WELLNESS REVOLUTIONARY
Suzy Batiz, is a serial creator and founder of Poo~Pourri and supernatural. While reflecting on her journey of liberation from a lifetime of oppression, convention and conformity using radical transformational and pattern-breaking thinking, Suzy recognized that transformation is the common thread that runs throughout her life and companies. Whether transforming poo into a pleasant-smelling experience with Poo~Pourri, the household cleaning industry from toxicity to aromatherapeutic magic with supernatural or people’s lives with her growing personal brand, Suzy is a revolutionary explorer of infinite potential in the playground of life, who loves to inspire others and bring them along for the ride.
Suzy experienced some of life’s lowest lows — poverty, sexual and domestic abuse, depression, two bankruptcies and a suicide attempt — which led to what she calls the luxury of losing everything. After harnessing the power of intuition, her journey led her to building her businesses from the ground up without ever taking a dollar of outside investment. Suzy’s journey of transformation turned ALIVE IDEAS into a successful business empire. Now, she teaches others how to recognize and actualize ALIVE IDEAS by tuning into their own intuition and diving into creative energy. Suzy is the living embodiment of embracing the fullness of life’s varied experiences and turning them into magic.
Suzy has been featured by leading publications including The New Yorker, Forbes, CNBC, Fast Company and Entrepreneur. She has been named one of Forbes’ Richest Self-Made Women in America (2019), EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year (2017), Conscious Company’s World Changing Women (2019), EarthX’s Community Leader of the Year (2019) and is WBENC (Women Owned) certified business owner. LAUREN SCRUGGS-KENNEDY
AUTHOR - BUSINESS OWNER - WELLNESS ADVOCATE

JEN LILLEY
ACTRESS - ADOPTION ADVOCATE - MOTHER
You may recognize her from her dozens of starring roles on the Hallmark Channel, or from her breakout performance in the Academy Award-winning film THE ARTIST, but just last year Jen's first daughter Julie was born, and she is also a mother to a newly adopted son as well as a foster son.
Advocating for foster care and adoption is something that speaks to Jen Lilley's spirit. While growing up in Roanoke, Virginia, Lilley's parents were considered the "unofficial foster parents" due to their line of work - her father was a judge, while her mother was a director of a women and children's charity - making their home a "safe house" of sorts. "Every child deserves love, safety, and a strong family," says Jen. "Whether that means staying in my home temporarily and returning to a biological family who's gotten back on their feet, or adoption." Lilley and her husband, Jason Wayne, are already parents to two sons via foster care: a 3-year-old, whom they took in when he was just 4 months old, and his biological half-brother, who is now 1 year old. But further expanding her family was not as easy as it might appear.
You may recognize her from campaigns with international designers including Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Christian Dior, Gucci, Fendi and more, or from winning Supermodel of Australia in 2002. Alternatively, you may know her as Founder/CEO of Erth Jewelry, a 100% sustainable and ethical jewelry company that has been featured by fashion editors and featured on many notable model colleagues.
Her latest creation is the chic, cozy, and practical Bumpsuit for all the mamas out there that want to wear something comfortable and stylish, and free of waistline battles.
Her work, alongside her marriage to Gary Clark Jr, has given this Australian/Italian mother of 3 access to the finer things of life. Her mission is to advocate for those that leave minimal impact on the planet as well as express her own creativity by building brands.
